Gold Tick — Privacy Policy

Gold Tick ("Gold Tick", "we", "us") is a customer-support and team-messaging app operated by Codevector Labs. This policy explains what information the app handles and how. Gold Tick is a workplace tool: you sign in with an account on your organization's Gold Tick / Chatwoot workspace, and the app connects to that workspace at goldtick.fiorijewels.com.
Information we handle
- Account information — your name and email address, used to authenticate you to your workspace.
- Conversation content — the messages, images, files, and voice notes you send and receive while handling customer conversations, and the contact details of the customers you communicate with. This content belongs to your organization's workspace; Gold Tick displays and syncs it on your device.
- Device and technical identifiers — a user/account identifier and basic device information used to keep you signed in, sync data, and operate the app.
- Diagnostics (only if enabled) — if crash reporting is turned on, anonymized crash and error data to help us fix problems. Crash reporting is currently disabled in the shipping build.
- Push notification token (only if enabled) — if push is turned on, a device token used to deliver new-message notifications. Push is currently disabled in the shipping build.
We do not collect location, health, financial, contacts, or advertising data, and we do not track you across other apps or websites or use your data for advertising.
How we use information
- To authenticate you and provide the core app functionality (viewing and replying to conversations).
- To sync your workspace's conversations, contacts, and settings to your device.
- To keep the service secure and reliable, and to diagnose problems (if diagnostics are enabled).
We do not sell your personal information.
How information is stored and shared
Conversation content and account data are processed by and stored in your organization's Gold Tick / Chatwoot workspace (goldtick.fiorijewels.com) — your organization is the controller of that data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the app, and only as needed:
- Hosting / backend — your organization's Chatwoot server infrastructure.
- Crash diagnostics — Sentry (only if enabled).
- Push notifications — Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (only if enabled).
We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
Conversation and account data are retained according to your organization's workspace settings and retention policies. Diagnostic data, if collected, is retained only as long as needed to resolve issues.
Security
We use industry-standard measures (including encrypted connections) to protect data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because your organization controls your workspace data, please direct such requests to your workspace administrator or contact us at siddharth@codevector.co.in.
Children
Gold Tick is a workplace tool intended for use by adults (agents/staff) and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
